Location: Belfast or surrounding areas
Remuneration: £35,000 - £45,000 + up to £10,000
Benefits: Car allowance (£350p/m), pension, death in service & 25 days annual leave
The role of the Contracts Manager Fall Protection Systems will involve:
Contracts Manager position managing multiple projects for a range of fall protection systems
Producing job packs for installations and service including load lists, RAMS and safe work systems
Provide marked up drawings to ensure installations are completed accurately
Regularly liaise with the clients providing excellent customer service
Ensure site visits are carried out to conduct quality checks and audits
Managing stock levels and ensuring all installers have stock/equipment to complete project
Managing circa 30 Site Technicians
Resolve onsite issues in a timely and professional manor
Overseeing projects ranging in value from £10,000 to £300,000
The ideal applicant will be Contracts Manager Fall Protection Systems with:
Must have Contracts / Project / Site Management experience within the construction industry
Would consider Site Supervisors / Foreman looking to take the step up
Ideally will have experience within the building envelope or related market sectors
NEBOSH/IOSH qualified or willing to acquire
Must be comfortable working at height
IT literate (Microsoft Office)
Strong people management skills
Excellent communication skills across all levels
Must be a resilient individual who is able to deal with any issues
