The Role: What You'll Be Doing
As an Electrical Contracts Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects-on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the project lifecycle from procurement to completion.
- Managing plant, materials, and subcontractor packages.
- Coordinating labour and overseeing the full project team.
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients and contractors.
- Managing the delivery of products and machinery to site.
- Ensuring all contractual and H&S requirements are met efficiently.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a results-driven individual with strong leadership and communication skills. You'll need:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or an Electrical Trades qualification.
- Prior experience in a similar Contracts Manager role.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A solid understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
