Are you a Contracts Manager with a strong Electrical bias, looking for a critical role in a rapidly growing and successful company where you will be given total project responsibility and receive a great benefits package including a bonus and company car?

This building services company has seen great success and rapid growth since their establishment in 1963. With a variety of high-profile clients, this company specialises in MEP Engineering projects and boasts a workforce of over 400 direct employees and sub-contractors combined. Now they are looking to expand their team with an Electrical Project Manager.

In this varied role you will take on a number of duties including managing labour, ordering materials, pricing jobs, and liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered smoothly. You would be the go-to person for on-site teams and would take on full responsibility of the project lifecycle. This role is Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with a 3:30pm finish on Fridays and would see you based both on-site and in the office.

This role would suit a Contracts Manager or Qualified Electrician with a strong Project Management background looking for a high-responsibility role with a successful and stable company where you will have the opportunity to boost your earnings with a bonus and a company car.

The Role:

• Total project responsibility, ensuring budgets are not exceeded and timeframes are met.
• Responsible for the site team.
• Responsible for securing materials and labour.

The Person:

• Strong background as a Contracts / Project Manager.
• Strong Electrical bias.
• Commutable to Belfast.
