Position Details

  • Job Title: Personal Secretary/Note Taker
  • Location: Shankill WBT Centre
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 12:45 PM
  • Pay: 11.67 per hour

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and service Fostering Panels, Finance Meetings, and Strategy Discussions.
  • Take detailed notes during meetings and ensure timely distribution of documentation.
  • Process panel outcomes and assist with Fostering Network membership arrangements.
  • Organise internal and external events, including venue booking and catering.
  • Handle various administrative tasks such as typing correspondence, minutes, and reports.

What We're Looking For

  • Four GCSEs including English Language or NVQ Level 2 in Administration, along with one year of relevant administrative experience including note taking.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment and software.
  • Experience in encompass is desirable
