Company Overview:Join a well-established Property Management company based in South Belfast. My client is known for providing high-quality property services to a range of clients. They are seeking a diligent and experienced Part-Time Credit Controller to support the Finance team with effective credit control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.
  • Liaise with tenants, property owners, and other stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies and disputes.
  • Generate and send invoices, account statements, and payment reminders.
  • Reconcile accounts to ensure all payments are accurately applied and recorded.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the accounting software.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in credit control, preferably within the property management or real estate sector is desirable
  • Strong understanding of credit management and debt collection processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and resolve disputes professionally.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling financial records.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across part-time hours.
