- Provide accurate information and support to customers.
- Address customer queries, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions.

- Work collaboratively with team members to meet performance targets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or call handling role is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations calmly.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Must pass a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
