Help Desk Service Controller

Brook Street UK ltd are recruiting a Help Desk Service Controller for our client based in East Belfast

Working in a dynamic department and key to the smooth running of the company, the successful applicant will be involved in a variety of day to day activities within the service department. The role involves receiving customer support requests, dispatching calls to our team of field based engineers and related administrative work.
Requirements

• A background in customer service.
• An ability to work well within a busy team environment.
• Good organisational skills, with an attention to detail.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• IT literate with good keyboard skills.

Qualification/Experience
Previous experience of a similar role would be preferable, but not essential, as full training will be provided. Good numeracy and literary skills, GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) are essential.
