Hours: 40 hours per week; Monday - Friday (with 1 weekend in every 9 on-call)
Shift Pattern: 09:00 - 17:30

As a Customs Agent, you'll play a critical role in the import and export of shipments, managing the full Customs Clearance process for goods crossing the UK and Ireland. • Handle import and export shipments with accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage end-to-end Customs Clearance processes across the UK and Ireland.
• Ensure strict compliance with customs regulations and post-Brexit requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to guarantee seamless operations.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, customs authorities, and freight forwarding partners.
• Maintain meticulous records and utilise advanced IT systems to support operational excellence.

Essential Criteria:

• 1+ years of experience in customs clearance or brokerage is highly preferred.
• Proven background in a busy logistics, transport, or forwarding environment.
• Strong knowledge of import/export documentation and customs regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operating systems used in customs processing.
• Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
