Brook Street Recruitment is seeking a reliable and dedicated Cleaner to join our team at a school located on Malone Road. This part-time position is essential for maintaining a clean and safe environment for students and staff.

Position: School Cleaner
Location: Malone Road, Belfast
Salary: 11.62 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 15:15 - 18:45
Access NI required

Key Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitising classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and other school facilities.
Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the appropriate personnel.
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment.
Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the cleanliness of the school.

Qualifications and Skills

Previous cleaning experience, preferably in a school or similar environment, is an advantage
Strong attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
Punctuality and reliability are crucial for this role.
Ability to communicate effectively
