- Job Title: Mobile Fire & Security Engineer

- Salary: 30,000 - 36,000 per annum
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fire & Security Engineer to join our team in Belfast. The successful candidate is responsible for PPM, reactive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and client communication. This role requires a strong understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems, as well as proficiency in the use of hand and power tools. The Engineer will collaborate with various teams to develop effective fire protection solutions tailored to specific project needs.

Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on fire and security systems.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and help desk requests.
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and clients.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Fire & Security Apprenticeship (or recognized equivalent, such as BAFE qualifications).
- Health and Safety Training
- GCSE (or 'O' Level equivalent) passes in Math and English or recognized equivalent
- Experience in maintaining commercial fire alarm and CCTV systems, including fault diagnosis and repair.
- IPAF trained with a valid Chapter 8 ECS card.
