Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our client in Belfast where an opportunity has arisen for a Financial Services Administrator to join their expanding team
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administration and client relationship support to the Wealth Management & Financial Advisory Team
- Process client instructions in an accurate and timely manner, and in accordance with the company UK AML policy;
- Liaise with Advisers and management to ensure effective and compliant delivery of allocated duties;
- Establish and maintain client records within the company systems
- Liaise with the Client Services and Para planning Team as and when necessary
- Liaise with back office departments in relation to cash/stock movements, client reporting, account queries and any other client queries
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure timely and accurate implementation of agreed actions arising from client meetings and to service existing clients;
- Support the ongoing client relationship with in conjunction with the Adviser and administration staff;
- General administrative duties within the Wealth Management and Financial Advisory businesses.
- Working with the Firm`s Compliance Officer and Compliance consultants to ensure the Firm`s activities are compliant
