Role Overview:The Graduate Finance & Accounting Analyst will play a key role within the finance team, supporting financial operations, analysis, and reporting activities. Key Responsibilities:- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Compliance & Reconciliation: Support month-end close processes, including reconciliations, journal entries, and maintaining compliance with internal controls.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to collect and verify financial data, and provide insights that drive business decisions.
- Ad-Hoc Financial Projects: Participate in ad-hoc financial projects, including cost optimization initiatives, investment analysis, and process improvements.
- Education: A strong academic record with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline from a top-tier university.
- Excel Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to manipulate large datasets and build complex financial models.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail with the ability to analyze large amounts of data and draw meaningful insights.
