Candidate Requirements
  • ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification (or be part-qualified and actively studying)
  • At least three years of experience in an audit role within an accountancy practice
  • Strong technical knowledge of audit processes and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Experience in supervising or mentoring junior team members is desirable
