Are you a commercially minded Finance Business Partner looking to make an impact? We’re hiring for a key role within our Northern Ireland finance team at an exciting time, as full fibre remains central to our strategy. This role is pivotal in driving financial performance, ensuring optimal cost control, and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial & Commercial Support – Provide insight-driven financial analysis to influence business decisions, particularly within Field and Desk operations.
- Stakeholder Management – Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, clearly communicating financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Financial Control & Reporting – Own monthly reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis across NI operating costs and revenue.
- Revenue & Cost Management – Drive efficiencies and optimise revenue performance through data analysis, unit cost management, and commercial planning.
- Insight & Performance Tracking – Develop and present financial models to support decision-making at the senior management team (SMT) level.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong financial modelling and data analysis skills (Advanced Excel essential).
- Experience in influencing senior stakeholders and delivering insight-led financial reporting.
- Ability to manage complex projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights.
