Role Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of personal injury cases and contractual and shareholder disputes
- Conduct business interruption/lost profits and fraud investigations
- Prepare forensic reports, presenting analysis, findings, and conclusions
- Develop financial models and cash flow analysis to support valuations and damage assessments
- Provide expert testimony where required
- Collaborate with legal teams and other stakeholders to gather evidence and present findings
- Support the firm’s forensic accounting growth through business development and networking
