Brook Street Recruitment is delighted to be working with our Belfast client who are an established Wealth Management firm -

They are seeking to recruit a Paraplanner for their Belfast based team to contribute to company strategy, goals, and objectives by maximising business development opportunities within the financial services market, ensuring the right offering for the client is presented at all times. They will be looking to get someone started in this role in Easter 2025

Responsibilities

• Preparing and maintaining the client files
• Preparing and implementing recommendations
• Identify suitable solutions to meet clients` needs
• Consider current and future allocation of assets for investment strategy with regard to client risk profile
• Prepare recommendation reports in accordance with the agreed recommendations
• Establish and build strong relationships with clients, and attend client meetings with Financial Advisor if required
• Assist the advisers in delivering a service to our clients in accordance with the service level to which they have subscribed.
• Provide administrative and technical support to the financial planning / specialist advisers, the Directors and other colleagues within the company.

Criteria

• Level 4 qualified is preferred but the client will look at entry level
• Applicants would ideally possess at least 3 years financial services experience
• Able to demonstrate a good understanding of financial planning products, as well as technical and industry knowledge
• Follow business processes accurately and compliantly either independently or as part of a team
• Possess at least 5 GCSE`s, including Maths and English

Package: Basic Salary 30k-35k depending on experience
