Location: Belfast BT3

Hours:
8:30 AM 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

Do you have an eye for detail, a knack for logistics, and a drive to ensure customers receive their orders smoothly and on time?

This role is essential for keeping goods moving smoothly. Youll prepare shipping documents and work with transport partners to ensure deliveries go as planned. If youre organised, enjoy a fast-paced role, and like a mix of admin and logistics, this could be the job for you!

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate production tasks and track stock levels to keep workflow on schedule.
  • Prepare accurate shipping documents, including Bills of Lading and export forms.
  • Obtain delivery quotes and negotiate rates with freight and haulage providers.
  • Communicate with dispatch and transport partners to ensure smooth and timely handovers.
    Verify and record freight costs for accurate invoices and compliance.


What Were Looking For:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines independently.
  • Effective communicator and team player, with flexibility for occasional travel.
