Your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Updating internal and external systems
  • Reviewing open work orders
  • Ensure contractual KPIs are reviewed, met and challenged where applicable
  • Uphold excellent level of customer service for clients
  • Assist management and other team members as and when required
  • Data input
  • Ad hoc administrative duties

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have the following:

  • Proficient in Microsoft packages - excel, word and Outlook.
  • Good understanding of IT, with experience of working across multiple systems.
  • 3 years administration experience within the last 5 years.
  • Understanding of purchase order processes
