Exciting opportunity for a Travel Expenses Administrator!
Brook Street (UK) Ltd is currently seeking a motivated and organised Band 3 Administrator to join our client based in Belfast City Centre in their travel expenses team. The role is initially for a 3-month period with possibility of extension.
Duties will include:
1. Enter travel-related data accurately into the HSCNI systems. 2. Process travel requests, bookings, and reimbursements. 3. Maintain up-to-date records of travel arrangements and expenses.
4. Provide high quality administrative support to respective service area ensuring the effective operation of systems and procedures.
5. Input, process, monitor and validate information effectively in a timely manner ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. 6. Respond to telephone and email inquiries from HSCNI staff regarding travel policies, procedures, and arrangements.
7. Perform thorough validation checks on travel requests and expense claims
Candidates must: be proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word; and have at least one years` experience in Administration or five GCSEs at grade C and above.
Previous experience in Travel expenses or Healthcare administration would be advantageous.
The hours of work are from 0900 to 1700, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week). The rate of pay is 11.67 per hour.
