Join Our Team as a Verification Officer in Belfast City Centre!

Brook Street (UK) Ltd is excited to offer an opportunity for a Verification Officer to join our esteemed clients in the healthcare sector, located in the vibrant Belfast City Centre.

This full-time position is initially for 6 months, with the possibility of extension.



Rate of Pay:

  • £11.67 per hour, paid weekly.


Key Responsibilities:

As a Verification Officer, you will:

  • Review and validate applications and documents for accuracy.
  • Manage the entitlement verification process, including issuing query and reminder letters to patients.
  • Enter correspondence and information into the case management system.
  • Conduct assessments of patient entitlement based on received information.
  • Respond to patient queries via phone or in person.
  • Ensure the accuracy of output from the Case Management System.
  • Maintain organized records and participate in daily post opening procedures.


Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
  • At least one year of administration experience, with five GCSEs including Maths and English at grade C or above.
  • Previous healthcare experience is a plus.
