Working with industrial, retail, and corporate clients, they s in every stage of the logistics process -from collection and storage to efficient distribution. To support their ongoing growth, we are recruiting an Experienced Customs Administrator to join their high-energy team in Larne.

About the Role

As a Customs Administrator, you will play an essential role in ensuring smooth customs processes, meeting regulatory requirements, and supporting client logistics needs. This role is ideal for someone with a detail-oriented mindset, strong IT skills, and a commitment to delivering top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Customs Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for UK and ROI customs compliance.

Data Management: Accurately input data into customs systems, including AIS/AES, Chief, CDS, and TSS (Trader Support Service).

Customer Interaction: Ensure safe and efficient transport by maintaining clear, professional communication with clients and updating them on the status of their goods.

Operational Support: Track and monitor trailer movements, keeping operations and clients informed to enhance delivery accuracy.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of 1 year in CDS import/export customs processes (required).

Experience with Irish Revenue AIS/AES is preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first approach.

Excellent multitasking ability, detail-oriented, and capable of problem-solving in a fast-paced setting.

Adaptable and flexible in work hours and tasks to meet business needs.

Benefits & Schedule

Hours: Monday to Friday, with the option of occasional Sunday shifts (approximately 1 in 5 weeks) for an extended weekend.

Shift Rotation: Between 6am to 8pm
