Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our Belfast client to recruit a new full time and permanent Inside Sales Representative to join their expanding team.

Duties

  • Responsible to initiate contact with potential and current customers to generate and qualify leads, promote the company's products and services, and close sales opportunities.
  • Profile & develop business relationships with prospective Sea Logistics customers through regular engagement.
  • Manage small portfolio of house / branch accounts with a view to growth and GP development.
  • Develop solutions for customers based on detailed understanding of their requirements.
  • Take pricing decisions in alignment with the relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Using sales strategies to maximise profit rather than selling at bottom line prices.
  • Build rapport and relationships with Customers.
  • Prepare, submit and follow up quotations to Customers.
  • Sell company services sustainably



Criteria

  • Previous telephone sales experience
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Very good time management skills with the ability to set priorities, fulfil critical tasks in time and keep to deadlines
  • Perseverance and resistant to challenge
  • Ability to communicate effectively with an approachable nature


Salary approx. 29k p/a with attractive commission package
