We are seeking an internal sales candidatein the engineering sectorto join a growing team in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that is dedicated to helping its customers achieve their goals.

As Internal sales, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to the sales team, ensuring that customer orders and enquiries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. You will be required to liaise with customers to provide product information and advice, as well as managing customer accounts and carrying out regular sales reviews.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You must have experience in a sales-related role, as well as a good understanding of customer service. Previous experience of using CRM systems would be beneficial.
