Our client based in Belfast is seeking IT Engineers for an IT Deployment project with day rates ranging from £180 to £200 Inside IR35.
They require 1 OSS Engineer for a 3-month period to handle end user device rollout, hardware deployment, and related activities.
Additionally, they need 2 OSS Engineers for a 4-month estimated period to assist with EUC device refresh and user setup.
There is also a need for 1 OSS Engineer to provide floorwalker support during the POC phase of an app deployment for 3 days over a week.
Lastly, 2 OSS Engineers are sought to support users during the Win11/M365 deployment, focusing on troubleshooting and escalations.

Our client based in Belfast are looking for IT Engineers to join the IT Deployment project.

Day rates £180 - £200 Inside IR35

The roles they are looking to fill are :

1x OSS Engineer (3-month period) - general BAU activities include, end user device rollout, replacement, break/fix, hardware deployment/delivery, potential builds (laptops using SCCM).

2x OSS Engineer to support EUC device refresh (4 month estimated period) - manning a station for user appointments, receiving old device / provide new device / support with initial user set up and any troubleshooting

1x OSS Engineer - floorwalker presence to support POC phase of an App deployment 3 days (over 1 week period) - supporting end users with initial troubleshooting/escalation back into Atos project engineers

2x OSS Engineer - floor walkers to support end users going through Win11/M365 deployment - presence for key sites/departments going through Windows upgrade (deployed remotely), supporting with initial troubleshooting, general user requests, support further escalations into project technical/hyper care teams
