Are you an experienced Parts Administrator / Coordinator from a Heavy Machinery or Plant background looking for an opportunity to work in a dynamic, market-leading company on exciting projects and be a part of a business who offer multiple progression packages?

In this role, you will handle parts identification, quotes, and orders, ensuring alignment with customer inquiries and internal processes. You will manage engineers' parts requests, update internal systems, and adhere to service-level agreements. Building strong relationships with customers and supporting the Service Controller for smooth parts flow is key. Additional responsibilities include processing purchase orders, managing the CRM system, resolving technical queries, handling invoicing and job costing, and maintaining up-to-date paperwork.

This role would suit a Parts Administrator / Coordinator or similar from a Heavy Machinery or Plant background looking for a hands-on position role within a globally respected yet growing specialist Vehicle company who offer a great progression opportunities.

The Role:

  • Identify parts, prepare quotes, and manage orders based on customer inquiries.
  • Handle engineers' parts requests, update systems, and meet service-level agreements.
  • Build customer relationships and support daily parts flow with the Service Controller.
  • Manage purchase orders, invoicing, job costing, and assist with warranty claims.
