Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Cemeteries Administrator based in Belfast. This is a contract role working full time hours.
The job:
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the bereavement, crematorium and cemeteries service
- Respond to customer requests and enquiries from the public and industry representatives, providing practical advice and front end customer support
- Assist with payment for services, data input and information gathering, reporting and other admin tasks
- Record keeping across multiple sites, including diary management and email management
The candidate:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- The ability to handle enquiries both sympathetically and sensitively
- Strong IT and organisational skills required
