Immediate Opportunity - HR Officer - Belfast City Centre + Hybrid 

As an HR Officer with our clients HR Team, you will support the smooth operation of the HR function within the organisation and will be responsible for a wide range of HR duties and help manage day-to-day tasks as part of the wider HR team.

This is an immediate, long term Temporary opportunity for approximately 6 x months.

  • Recruitment & Selection
  • Attendance Management
  • Employee Relations
  • Administration including HR Reporting
  • Learning & Development

Essential Criteria:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience gained in a similar role in a Human Resources Personnel within the public, private, voluntary or community sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing recruitment lifecycle from job initiation through to induction.
  • Experience in administering effective recruitment processes.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of relevant employment legislation, and experience of reviewing and advising on HR policies and procedures.
  • Experience in managing HR databases and management information systems.
  • A third level qualification Or Full CIPD membership or working towards full membership.
