Your new role
Ideally, the person will have a passion for hydraulics, some examples of job roles will be to read and understand technical hydraulic drawings, which include hydraulic symbols and the ability to assemble from these correctly, build from basic sketches for prototypes, understand and apply correct pressures and flows to hydraulic systems, select and fit the correct hydraulic hoses, fit hydraulics around electrical wires/fittings and ideally have some understanding of PLC controlled systems and automation.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, the Mechanical fitter / hydraulic technician will have at least 5 years recent Heavy diesel / hydraulic experience and knowledge. Experience with all aspects of hydraulics including working around electrics, plc programming etc. Ability to read and understand hydraulic drawings, including symbols and their meanings. Field experience with hydraulics and ability to work at heights. You will also need a Driver's Licence.
