Onsite 2nd Line Desktop Support | 1st/2nd Line Break/fix, Windows 7 / 10, Office 365, Teams VPN's, BYOD, OneNote, ServiceNow:
The role:
- We are looking for an experienced 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineers to work on-site for a fantastic technology consultancy in Belfast.
- The role is centred around providing 1st and 2nd line break/fix Windows onsite support.
Key Information:
- Duration: 10 months - Temp to Perm
- Pay: Circa £24 per hour Inside IR35 (Umbrella)
- Location: On site in Belfast
- Start Date: ASAP
- Circa 7.5 working hours per day
The Key Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience with 1st and 2nd Line Desktop Support.
- Office 365 & MS Teams
- Windows 7 / 10
- Office 365, Teams
- VPN's
- BYOD
- OneNote
- ServiceNow ticketing system experience.
