A leading Professional Services organisation is seeking an IT Project Manager with previous Developer experience on a contract basis.
You will be required to work onsite in Belfast 3 days a week (with relocation allowance at discretion)

Key Skills & Experience
- Hands on development experience in any programming languages including Java or C# (minimum 1 year) on enterprise application software
- Project Management experience
What you will do:
- Lead and oversee the strategic direction, development and implementation of IT policy and standard requirements
- Implement IT governance model, create Project plans, track and report. Ownership of systems and applications including lifecycle management
- Partner with IT Risk and Control teams to assess gaps and identify remediation plans
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Wide IT Risk Management framework and Risk and Control processes
- Track record of delivering and managing large Projects across multiple businesses and geographies
- Strategic thinker with proven ability to lead global teams in a large organisation
- Demonstrated experience in delivering change in a collaborative, agile team environment as well as more standard frameworks
- Ability to monitor tight deadlines, or unexpected requirement changes
- Support the Operations line team with their test preparation and execution
- Leads the identification and drives resolution of issues, including those outside of the immediate workstream within their remit
- Drives adherence to Project processes, procedures, methods, and standards for Project delivery as defined by IT Leadership
What we need from you:
- Demonstrate a consistent track record having worked as an IT Project Manager managing teams and delivery on large, strategic cross-functional Projects.
