Brook Street are working with our Belfast client to recruit a Business Administrator - This position is for a fixed term contract of 12 month - There is a possibility of extension
Responsibilities
- Maintain the site traffic diary for goods in & out.
- Deal with drivers when they arrive on site.
- Liaising with suppliers on late deliveries.
- Communication with other departments regarding late or incomplete deliveries.
- Maintaining all documents relating to supply chain process in accordance with the company's procedures and quality requirements.
- Assisting with general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Supporting the general functioning and other members of the supply chain department.
- Undertake any reasonable tasks or duties assigned by the Office/CX Manager from time to time, related to the effective and efficient performance of the job, and providing they are within the post holders skills and ability
Criteria
- Must have previous office admin experience and be fully proficient with Microsoft Suite
- Must have good communication skills - verbal and written
