We are working with a large public sector client to recruit a Systems Analyst to join their team and assist in the support of the integrated financial management system and ancillary systems.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Finance systems helpdesk, ensuring issues are resolved and logged with third-party suppliers as required.
- Manage a helpdesk and ensure issues with Finance systems are resolved.
- Develop reports and dashboards.
- Review, analyse, develop, and implement new systems and processes within the Finance Division.
- Test fixes and changes to Finance systems.
Desired criteria
Practical experience within the last three years in two or more of the following areas:
- IT systems support and interfacing.
- Managing a systems helpdesk and dealing with customers.
- Implementing changes as part of a Project Team.
- Identifying new, more efficient ways of working (e.g., process improvement).
- Working in a busy transaction-processing environment using a software package.
