Town Planner - Belfast
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process planning applications across a variety of projects
- Engage with stakeholders, local authorities, and clients to deliver planning solutions
- Prepare reports, documents, and planning submissions
- Provide advice on planning policies, regulations, and guidelines
- Contribute to the development of strategic planning projects
Requirements:
- Degree in Town Planning or related field
- Working towards or already achieved Chartered status (e.g., MRTPI)
- Relevant experience in town planning or development management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
