Enjoying continued growth through service and market development, the business has established a specialist division to deliver a range of project management, pricing and automated solutions to large corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager
- Working closely with the business to deliver legal project management services across the firm
- Assisting with pre-engagement pitch and pricing materials
- Supporting the efficient staffing and management of complex, multi-jurisdictional, sophisticated client engagements with a primary focus on service delivery and client experience
- Assisting with the integration of Legal Project Management (LPM) techniques into the Real Estate, Finance and Corporate practice groups through the utilisation of the firm's technology, proper deployment and management of its resources and development of project plans that drive value for clients and profitability for the firm
- Preparation of process maps and facilitation of mapping sessions where appropriate; data collection, analysis and management; and implementation of transaction management process improvements and controls
- Preparation of project plans; scopes of work; stakeholder and communication plans; and budgets
- Management of project change, scope creep and risk
- Participation in client pitches as required to describe and design the firm's LPM approach and principles
Skills & Attributes of the Senior Project Manager
- Experience in a global law firm or other established professional services organisation managing the delivery of complex professional service mandates
- Demonstrate experience of leading and managing complex projects and large delivery teams
- Excellent systems skill set across Microsoft Office 365 suite
- Senior stakeholder management, influencing and relationship building skills.
- Attention to detail with ability to simplify complex concepts to effectively communicate information.
- Skilled at prioritising demanding workloads and working on projects as part of an international team
- Ability to produce high quality and accurate written content is essential
- High-level interpersonal skills to facilitate communication with stakeholders
- Strong technical, organisational and facilitation skills and attention to detail
