About the Role:

As a Warehouse Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing stock data, and coordinating with internal teams to streamline processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records and input data into warehouse systems.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Process incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, report preparation, and email correspondence.
  • Assist in tracking inventory levels, resolving discrepancies, and generating stock reports.
  • Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and customers to manage delivery schedules and resolve queries.
  • Support health and safety compliance by maintaining relevant records and documentation.


About You:

We're looking for a dedicated and organised professional with the following skills and attributes:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and warehouse management systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with teams and external contacts.
