We are looking for a Facilities Operations Manager to cover Northern Ireland and Scotland. This is a 10 month fixed term contract with a salary of 45000.
Key Accountabilities
* Grow the business in Identifying any additional opportunities and discuss with line manager.
* Action plans are completed following internal FM audits and QSM audits.
* Analyse and effectively manage all unit costs.
* Ensure that all services both fixed and variable (Catering, Cleaning, Security, Reception, Mailroom, Porterage and sub-contracted) are well managed and in line with the agreed cost book specifications.
* Adherence to Food safety and HSE compliance.
Essentials
* Proven track record in managing clients and developing portfolios.
* Proven experience in managing successful teams remotely.
* Multi-site operational experience in a similar role.
* Experience of leading and managing teams to deliver results.
* Track record of growing sales and retaining business.
* Minimum 2 years Soft Facilities experience in a similar environment; catering, cleaning, security front of house services.
* Must have a full driving licence and be able to drive to the nature of the role.
* Will be on call so flexibility required and will also be required to stay away from home as and when required
* Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining a positive can-do attitude and professional appearance.
* Previous budget management and/or profit & loss responsibility.
