As the GRAHAM business continues to grow, we are actively seeking a dynamic Site Manager to become an integral part of our Building Division in Belfast, Northern Ireland. We are specifically in search of an individual with a trade background, ideally in joinery, who is eager to advance their career into the realm of Site Management.
We welcome applications from candidates with proven experience in construction Exposure to large scale, high value projects would also be beneficial.
Excellent communication and team working skills are crucial to this post, as is a proactive approach with the ability to problem solve effectively.

The Site Manager shall:
  • Undertake the management of all site staff
  • Drive forward planning of project
  • Manage and control all project resources
  • Be responsible for the overall management of the project
  • Ensure all Company Procedures are being complied with
  • Ensure all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Management Procedures are followed
  • Be responsible for achieving high standards of quality and workmanship on site
  • Ensure that all aspects of the project are effectively monitored and controlled
  • Deliver project within programme and budget
  • Manage and monitor subcontractors
  • Communicate effectively with the project management team
  • Liaise with client and designers
  • Attend monthly progress meetings and compile monthly reports
  • Introduce improvements and innovations where appropriate
  • Control contract costs
  • Positively promote the company wherever and whenever possible
