We are seeking an experienced Head of B2C Marketing to lead our marketing efforts, foster team development, and deliver on key business objectives during this maternity cover period.
As the Head of B2C Marketing, you will shape and execute a marketing strategy that underpins business transformation and revenue growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will oversee marketing campaigns, manage budgets, and lead a talented team of 5 to achieve ambitious acquisition and retention goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of B2C marketing strategies to achieve subscription and event delegate targets.
- Develop and deliver marketing plans that drive innovation and meet performance KPIs.
- Optimise resource allocation and align activities with organisational goals.
- Drive insights and engagement by leveraging data and digital tools.
- Manage a significant marketing budget (~£500k) to maximise ROI and control costs.
- Lead a dynamic marketing team, providing mentorship and fostering career growth.
- Drive automation and innovation in marketing technology to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Stay informed of industry trends and identify new opportunities for revenue growth.
