Technical Maintenance Supervisor
My client is currently recruiting for a lead engineer for a new contract based in Hanover Square. You will be level 3 qualified either electrical or mechanically with a proven track record in commercial maintenance.
Duties will include all planned and reactive maintenance, including lighting, power, single and three phase, fault finding back to panels and fuse boards, checking the bms system, plant checks, ahu, fan coils and HVAC fault finding, escorting sub contractors, working with the client, using the cafm system, working with engineers to make sure all ppm's and completed, helping with any technical problems and general paperwork.
Hours are 8am to 5pm Mondayto Friday
Salary is 55K plus call out, overtime and company benefits.
