Brook Street UK Ltd are seeking a Clerical Officer to join our team in Belfast City Centre for a housing client. This is a full-time position, offering a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful work in the housing sector.
Position Details
Location: Belfast City Centre
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: 11.98 p/h
Key Responsibilities

  • Answering and managing incoming calls from tenants and prospective clients.
  • Providing clerical support including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Assisting with the processing of housing applications and inquiries.
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases related to tenant information.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.

Requirements

  • At least one year of telephone or clerical experience.
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades A to C, including English and Mathematics.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
