REED HR is delighted to support our Belfast based client who has an exciting role for a permanent HR People Advisor to work in their Belfast People Team.As a People Advisor you will be working as part of a fast paced and dynamic team offering support to multiple locations across Belfast and you will have the opportunity to expand on your current HR knowledge and experience.As a leader within their industry, they can also offer scope to progress your career, and job variety like nowhere else.

  • Provide expertise on a range of HR Generalist issues
  • Building effective working relationships with external and internal stakeholders
  • Providing advice and guidance to support with a range of HR policies and HR related issues to support understanding and ensure good practice
  • Ensure compliance of relevant HR legalisation Liaise with local management on HR issues and offer sensitive, confidential advice and support
  • The role will cover all aspects of HR including recruitment and selection, attendance management, employee relations, recognition and reward, performance management and development
  • You will work closely with the People Team to support delivering of key objectives.
  • Possess a sound understanding of internal development including organisational policies and practices
