- Align people strategies with business goals to meet operational and financial targets.
- Provide proactive HR support to managers and employees on daily HR matters.
- Lead change management initiatives, including pre- and post-acquisition integration.
- Manage employee relations cases, including performance, grievances, disciplinary actions, and absence.
- Collaborate with HR teams to implement programs, analyse HR data, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- CIPD or equivalent HR qualification required.
- Proven HRBP experience, preferably in professional services.
- Expertise in change management, organizational development, and workforce planning.
- Knowledge of employment law in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on employee wellbeing.
