Exciting Opportunity: Band 3 Administrative Assistant

Brook Street (UK) Ltd is seeking a talented Band 3 Administrative Assistant to join our client at Knockbracken Healthcare Centre. This full-time position offers a fantastic opportunity for a six-month contract.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Compensation: 11.67 per hour, with weekly pay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support, including appointment scheduling, managing waiting lists, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Maintain standards of confidentiality regarding all information held in respect of service users and professional staff.
  • Manage referrals for the multi-disciplinary team efficiently using Trust systems and databases.
  • Maintain patient records, manage stock supplies, and assist in producing required statistics.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
  • At least one year of administrative experience.
  • Five GCSEs including Maths and English at grade C or above.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous.
