We seek a Communications Lead to work within the Aerospace sector in Belfast.Â
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOUÂ
• Need a hands-on comms candidate who has extensive change comms experience.
• Able to build out comms and mobilise a contract.
• Supporting an Mergers and Acuisitions communications process.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS / PROVEN ABILITYÂ
- Proven ability in communications (internal, external, community relationship.
- Ideally have Mergers & Acquisitions comms environment, transformation and change ability.
- Comms plan definition and execution.
- Strategic thinking while able to act and implement quickly.
- Ability to connect easily to different stakeholders across functions and divisions.
- Excellent writing skills and content creation skills.
- Understanding of media and ability to engage effectively with them.
- Understanding of community relations and ability to engage effectively with a wide range of neighbours.
- Understanding of internal communications channels and ability to effectively engage with colleagues from across the business.
