The Right Client- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a successful Property Management company based in Belfast. They would now like to recruit an Assistant Property Manager to the team.

The Right role:

Duties of the role will include:

路 Logging on QUBE/ECS of all telephone, e mail, fax and letter communications

路 Help Desk Management Activities for Team Portfolio

路 Service Charge Invoicing and Credit Control procedures for Team Portfolio

路 Service Charge Expenditure and Payments relating to Team Portfolio

路 Developing and Implementing Tendering procedures for works required for Team Portfolio

路 Producing maintenance reports for AGM, or ad hoc Meetings with development directors.

路 Developing, Implementing, and Reviewing all activities relating to the planned and un-planned facilities management of the Team Portfolio.

路 Assisting with the administration of Solicitor "Sales pack" information.

The Right Fit:

Ideally you will come from a Property Management background. Full clean driving licence and access to a car is essential.
