Service Administrator - Belfast
We are recruiting a Service Administrator with our client who are a leading plant machinery supplier, supplying a range of machinery brands for the construction sector.
As part of the Aftersales Service team, the successful candidate will support the team with a range of administrative duties to ensure processes are followed correctly, using both paper and online systems.
Suitable candidates will need administrative experience and good IT skills.
Monday to Friday hours/ no weekends
The Role
- Provide administrative support for the service department
- Carry out administrative tasks, both IT and paperwork form
- Work as a team with sales, parts & suppliers to give excellent customer service
- Telephone duties when required answering calls
- Process engineers paperwork e.g site sheets, machine checks, holiday requests etc
What we are looking for
- Administrative experience preferably in a sales or customer service setting
- IT Literate (Microsoft Office) with good admin skills
- Organised with good time management, can prioritise tasks
- Good communicator and telephone manner
- Can work in a team effectively
