Are you a Quantity Surveyor with proven build/construction QS experienced looking to join one of the longest standing, most reputable building companies in Northern Ireland that have worked on prestigious projects from Belfast City Hall to the Opera House?

In this role you will be managing the commercial and contractual aspects of live construction projects and ensure all commercial functions for the Division are completed to professional standards within agreed time and cost budgets.

This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor experienced within a construction/build environment.

The Role

Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of live construction projects..
Prepare, submit, and agree interim and final accounts.
Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost control procedures.
Assist in subcontractor procurement and contract administration.

The Person

Minimum 3+ years' experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within a construction environment.
Solid knowledge of construction contracts
Ability to develop a strong client and supply chain relationship
