Job Title: Property Manager
Location: Belfast- Full driving licence required
Salary and Benefits: Up top Ā£30k per annum plus Bonus.
Hours of work: Mon-Fri 08.30am - 5.30pm- Sat 9.30am- 12.30pm on a rota basis
Employment Type- Permanent
The Right Client- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a successful Property Business. Fast becoming one of the largest Agencies, providing high levels of customer service to all of their clients. They are seeking a Property Manager to join the successful team.
The Right role:
ā¢Preparation of paperwork for marketing purposes
ā¢Advertising properties on all available property portals and Social media platforms
ā¢Key Accompanied Viewings
ā¢Negotiating tenancy terms, rents, furnishings etc.
ā¢Preparation of all legally required tenancy paperwork
ā¢Registration of Landlords and Security Deposits
ā¢Managing the renewal of tenancies
ā¢Scheduling, processing, following up property inspections and repairs related to these
The Right Fit:
Previous experience in a Property Environment is essential for this role.
Clean UK driving licence and access to a car
Excellent communication skills both verbally & written
Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office programs and general use
Third level qualification or equivalent in Property / Building Surveying
Previous experience in a Property Management role.
