My client based in Belfast City Centre is looking to hire a Temporary Receptionist with an immediate start.
The position requires working hours from 9am to 5pm from Monday to Thursday, and finishing at 4:30pm on Fridays.
The hourly rate for this role is £11.44, and it is expected to last for 1-3 months.
Key responsibilities include handling telephone duties, greeting visitors, managing catering and hospitality needs, and organizing meeting rooms.
Candidates ideally should have 1-2 years of reception or administrative experience and must be available for an immediate start.

Temporary ongoing - 1-3 months

Duties include:

Telephone duties and dealing with customer queries

Meeting and greeting visitors

Catering and Hospitality requirements

Organising Meeting Rooms

Ideally you will have 1-2 years Reception / Admin experience and be free for an immediate start.
