As part of our growth plan, we are currently searching for an ambitious, talented & highly motivated individual to join our Belfast operations team as an HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will take complete ownership of the HR function within Reperio, focusing primarily on generalist responsibilities.
  • You will be involved in shaping the future of our workforce, and establishing robust systems and processes which can be implemented across our business group.
  • Your HR responsibilities will focus primarily on our Belfast office, but also involve employee relations tasks for our US offices.
  • Your role will involve assisting in the development, delivery & implementation of HR strategy across the Belfast & US offices.
  • You shall manage our HRIS and maximise all functionalities, creating robust, systematic approaches around review cycles, L&D programmes & ER issues.
  • Your role will also require you to be involved in any adhoc HR projects that may arise.



This is a critical role for Reperio, which offers excellent long term career progression.

Role Requirements:

  • You will be CIPD certified
  • 6+ Years experience in a HR role where you have undertaken generalist responsibilities.
  • You should have the ability & availability to travel to our US offices 1-2 times per year.
  • You should be charismatic, an excellent communicator and pro-active.
  • You should be goal orientated & target driven
  • IT proficiency & an ability to multitask & prioritise tasks.
